This collaboration aimed to educate students and the community about the proper disposal and recycling of electronic waste, emphasising the importance of sustainable practices. Through workshops, seminars, and interactive campaigns, the partnership facilitated the dissemination of information on the potential hazards of improper e-waste disposal and encouraged responsible recycling habits. By leveraging Cummins’ expertise and resources in sustainability alongside our educational platform, we worked together to promote environmental stewardship and foster a culture of eco-consciousness among students, families, and the broader community.
Partnered with NDTV for creating ‘Behtar India’
Under the ‘Behtar India’ programme, students were empowered to lead initiatives promoting health awareness, environmental conservation, and hygiene practices within their schools and localities. Through workshops, awareness drives, and interactive sessions organised in collaboration with NDTV, participants gained valuable knowledge and skills to address pressing social and environmental issues.

From Idea to Innovation: DSK Students Among Top 30 Nationwide
A team of our talented students proudly represented DSK School in the Made in 3D: Seed the Future Entrepreneurs programme, a prestigious nationwide competition organised by Dassault Systèmes. Competing against over 350 schools from across India, our school was selected among the Top 30. The team designed an innovative delivery box “ThermoX” capable of carrying both hot and cold food using Peltier technology. Their creativity and technical skills earned them a funding of ₹21,500 to further develop their prototype.
DSK Summer Interns Innovate Life-Saving Air Quality Device
During this year’s Summer Internship Program, a group of DSK students showcased remarkable innovation by designing a portable med-tech device that detects air quality and alerts users when it becomes harmful—an especially valuable tool for asthma patients. From identifying the problem statement to developing a functional prototype, the students accomplished this feat in just five days under the expert guidance of Mr. Kapil Bhutkar. This project reflects their creativity, problemsolving skills, and commitment to improving lives through technology.
